The Wanatah Historical Society seeks to preserve and share the history of Wanatah, Indiana and the surrounding area. To this end, the society operates the Wanatah Historical Society Museum, located within an 1888 caboose. Collections include historic photographs and railway artifacts.
The museum offers exhibits, and is open by appointment.
